Our Community
NYU Wagner is a diverse community that shares the common goal of improving societal and individual well-being. If you want to be part of this effort, join an online community unlike any other.
As you pursue your Online Master of Health Administration degree from NYU Wagner, you will meet, engage, and work with a diverse student body who share a passion for improving healthcare. Our students are working adults who are serious about their careers and their future. They bring insights into the classroom from their personal and professional experiences and share their inspiration, knowledge, and cultural points-of-view. As you work together to understand healthcare and management challenges in the online classroom setting, you will be encouraged to embrace a diversity of ideas and come together as a community to solve real-world problems. You will also develop relationships and networking opportunities to last a lifetime.
Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
At NYU Wagner, we grapple with issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion in everything that we do. It's a collective work in progress. By committing to it, we believe we can build better solutions to our toughest social challenges.
NYU Wagner is committed to promoting the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in public service and to bringing an EDI lens to the various domains that shape our institutional culture and help advance our mission. We know that markers of difference shape the way we see the world, the way resources are distributed, the way policies are made, the way boundaries are drawn, and the way institutions are managed.
We have a deep and long-standing commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. As a school of public service, we embody these values through four domains:
- Institutional practice
- The educational experience
- A diverse community
- Wagner in the world
